Michel Bastick President

Michel began his career in California in engineering. Back in France, he joined Groupe Terre Armée in 1981 where he successively held research responsibilities, technical management, general management of the French subsidiary and its concrete prefabrication subsidiaries, and then, within Comex, global development of the group. In 1998, he joined Spie Batignolles as Strategy and Marketing Director where he imagined, organized and launched the Concertance® project management method, collaborative and optimized by value. Engaged in 2003 by Arcadis France, he created the railway department and strongly developed the building and industry activities. In 2010, he joined the Egis Group as Deputy General Manager Strategy & Development. As such, in direct relation with the Caisse des Dépôts shareholder, he defined the strategy and controled the M&A activities. In charge of the Division dealing with Project structuring, concessions & Air services, he created and developed Egis Airport Operation, reoriented Egis Avia by selling the systems business and then by acquiring subsidiaries (United Kingdom and Brazil).

 

 

Michel supports his clients in defining and implementing their growth strategy based on value creation, customer proximity and innovation, as well as optimization of projects and M&A.

 

 

Michel Bastick is a civil engineer from the Ecole des Mines de Paris. After his National Service during which he spent his DEA in physical metallurgy at the INPL in Nancy, he obtained a Master's degree at the University of Berkeley.

 

Michel is fluent in English.
